Known primarily as 1/2 of the duo Chloe & Halle, Chloe has since flexed her acting chops, dropped TWO albums, and recently gave the best rendition of Usher’s “Good Kisser", that we’ve seen so far.

And now she joins the ranks of Tia Mowry, Taraji P Henson, Monica and so many others as a cover girl for Hello Beautiful!
